Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults. I treat a wide range of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. My passion for psychiatry comes from my own journey. After struggling with mental health for over 20 years, I went back to school to better understand what I was experiencing and ultimately found the answers that changed my life. That experience shaped how I practice today—with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to truly listening. My goal is to partner with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that helps them move toward lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Many of my patients have come to me after feeling stuck; having tried and failed multiple medications or providers with no actual improvement. Others simply want someone to actually listen for once. My goal is to understand you and your history; not whatever diagnosis you have been given in the past. To look beyond that, identify the problem, and find an actual solution to help you regain hope, improve daily functioning, and move toward a happier and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you. We'll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what you're hoping to achieve through treatment. I'll take the time to listen, answer your questions, and make sure you feel heard. Together, we'll review diagnostic impressions, discuss treatment options, and develop a personalized plan so you leave with a clear understanding of your next steps and confidence in the path forward.
