Great to meet you!

I am an LMHC based out of Tampa, Florida. I've had roles in both community and private based practices and have worked with a variety of age ranges. I have a passion for working with adolescents and adults that are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationships, stress management, substance abuse, and self-esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental to create a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore their feelings, set meaningful goals, and move toward healing and growth. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, we'll start by getting to know each other. We can identify strengths and goals of what you want to work towards accomplishing in therapy. I can answer any questions about what to expect as well. The goal is for you to feel more comfortable by the end of session. Therapy is a collaborative process and we work together to accomplish your goals.
