Great to meet you!

If you've spent years wondering, "Why does everything seem harder for me than everyone else?" I promise you're not alone.

I specialize in working with late-identified autistic and ADHD adults who are ready to stop wondering what's "wrong" with them and finally understand how their brains work. My goal isn't to help you become someone different. It's to help you understand yourself with more clarity, self-trust, and confidence.

As an ADHD & autism-affirming therapist, educator, and neurodivergent adult, I translate complex psychology into practical tools that make sense in everyday life. When you understand yourself, everything else starts to make sense. Self-blame gives way to self-trust, and you can begin building a life that works with your brain instead of constantly fighting against it.

My work has been featured by Forbes, Black Enterprise, Yahoo, Voyage Dallas Magazine, and Citizen Weekly, where I've shared perspectives on neurodiversity, mental health, and creating more inclusive communities.

If this sounds like the kind of support you've been looking for, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. No pressure... just a conversation to see if we're the right fit, talk about what brings you here, and answer any questions you have.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative and real. My approach is open-minded, energetic, and solution-oriented. I’m not just sitting back silently.. I’m engaged, I’m paying attention, and I’ll challenge you when needed. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself, so I strive to create an environment that feels genuine, supportive, and emotionally safe.

I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I tailor therapy to your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals that align with your values and the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed and supportive space. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll spend time learning about your story, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Clients often tell me they feel relieved after the first session because they finally have a space where they can be honest, feel heard, and not carry everything alone. My goal is for you to leave feeling more grounded, hopeful, and confident that healing and growth are possible.
