Great to meet you!

Stress, major transitions, and everyday life can feel overwhelming — you don’t have to navigate them alone.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward insight, clarity, healing, and empowerment.

With many years of experience supporting teens, individuals, couples, families and older adults - I help clients find resolution, deepen insight, and create meaningful change. Therapy can be a powerful place to pause, realign, and rebuild.

Together, we’ll build the coping skills you need to manage daily life with greater ease, confidence, and resilience — so you can truly thrive!

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, humanistic, and deeply client-centered. I meet each person exactly where they are, while gently challenging them to grow in ways that feel meaningful and achievable. With two master’s degrees in Psychology and many years of clinical experience, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools and modalities. This allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace — ensuring that therapy feels supportive, collaborative, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

The first session is dedicated to establishing our therapeutic alliance. We’ll review confidentiality, explore the reasons you chose to begin therapy, and talk through your goals and expectations. This foundation allows us to collaboratively develop a treatment plan that supports your growth and directs our work in a meaningful way.
