Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kathryn Price, and I specialize in working with clients that have experienced trauma, and disordered eating habits and/or negative body image. I also have experience in working with a variety of mental health disorders and substance use. I graduated with my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling, with an emphasis in Addictions in 2018 from East Carolina University, and have over 7 years of education and counseling experience in a variety of professional settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my practice, I utilize trauma informed care, IFS, CBT, ACT, intuitive eating/body neutrality, mindfulness, and transpersonal psychology. I also utilize ketamine assisted psychotherapy as an aid in the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from our first session

When working with clients, I like to make sure that they are as informed as possible throughout the whole process, to be empowered in decision making. As your therapist, I will help to guide you in the direction of your goals, as we work through challenges and build skills. Together, we can begin the healing process, and discover your most authentic self.
