Great to meet you!

Parenting is hard, and it can feel even harder when you're navigating conflict, separation, or doing it on your own. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in conflict, or unsure how to support your child while managing your own stress, you're not alone. I help adolescents and adults build practical skills so life at home feels calmer, more connected, and more manageable. I specialize in supporting parents who want more effective parenting tools, co-parents learning to navigate life after divorce, single parents managing stress, boundaries, and balance, and adolescents who need support with emotions, behavior, and family transitions.

My approach to therapy

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I work with clients to understand the patterns between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we develop realistic strategies that help you respond with confidence instead of reacting in the heat of the moment, communicate more effectively, and feel more confident. I focus on real life strategies you can use right away and that actually work in real life.

What you can expect from me

Coming to counseling and being willing to look inward and make truly meaningful and lasting change is difficult and can bring up a lot of emotions. You are taking the first step by exploring options right now! I would be honored to be there with you and provide support while you go through this process of growth. I hope you will reach out when you're ready!
