I obtained my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019 from Niagara University. I have been working in the counseling field since 2019 with clients ages 10-45. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma.
I utilize solution focused skills with cognitive behavioral techniques to help you focus on ways to finding solutions to problems. We work together to discuss barriers getting in the way and different approaches to removing the barriers. I am trained in EMDR for trauma processing.
At the end of sessions the goal is to provide a game play for the time till the next session, while feeling confident that you can complete the tasks. My goal is to make you feel more empowered to handle life and whatever it brings.
