Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adults navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My areas of specialization include bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, substance use, eating disorders, anger management, grief and loss, and emotional regulation difficulties.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate mindfulness and body-based techniques to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of self.

Whether you're coping with the pain of loss, managing a mood or personality disorder, or seeking healthier ways to navigate emotional distress, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to do the work. Together, we can uncover the patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical tools for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible with the right support. I work with adults who are living with mood disorders such as bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder, as well as those carrying the weight of past trauma, grief, and emotional pain. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic practices, DBT, and CBT to help clients safely reconnect with their emotions, regulate their nervous system, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them. I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your story at your own pace, honor your resilience, and work together toward greater emotional balance, clarity, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools for emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of how their past experiences may be shaping current patterns. Together, we’ll work to build healthier coping strategies, strengthen your ability to manage intense emotions, and increase your sense of stability and self-trust. My goal is to help you feel more empowered in your daily life — not just surviving, but thriving and moving toward healing with clarity, compassion, and resilience.
