Great to meet you!

Helping individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem issues, life stressors is my goal. I am also experienced in working with couples/individuals on marital and relationship struggles. First responders, military, and their families are also a population that I have passion for working with in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am a true believer that asking for help in times of need should be a normal part of life. Everyone deserves the opportunity to work towards having a better life. But, life can put up a lot of barriers. It is my goal as a therapist to help break down barriers with my clients. I pride myself on being a creative, warm, and ‘outside-the-box’ therapist. I think laughter and humor are also important in the therapeutic process as well. Animal-assisted therapy sessions available upon request.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming and warm environment for my clients to feel comfortable. We will work together to develop goals that are achievable.
