Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Endicott College. I have four years of experience providing clinical therapy and have developed a particular niche in treating OCD, as well as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and just overall life stressors. I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults, and strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a humanistic perspective. I believe healing happens within a safe, trusting relationship where clients feel genuinely seen and accepted. While I lead with compassion and curiosity, I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other clinically supported interventions. I tailor therapy to each individual, meeting clients where they are and working together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is really just a conversation. It’s a space for us to get to know one another, talk about what’s bringing you in, and begin building trust, which I believe is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic relationship. There’s no pressure to share everything right away or to have the “right” words. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can show up just as you are and we can move at a pace that feels right for you.
