Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Education and experience in both school-based mental health and private practice settings. Over the years, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and parents as they navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, boundaries, emotional regulation, school-related concerns, and parenting-related stressors.

I take a holistic approach to counseling and believe mental health is connected to overall wellness. Together, we may explore how thoughts, emotions, routines, relationships, and daily stressors impact your well-being. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you can process what feels heavy, build insight, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.

I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard while also building practical coping skills, increasing insight, and identifying realistic steps toward growth and change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from counseling.

I know starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we will start identifying goals, areas of support, and practical next steps for our work together.
