Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-approved supervisor in Texas. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from The University of Texas at Tyler. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of past experiences that continue to show up in the present.

In my work, I focus on creating a space that feels steady, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Many of the people I work with aren’t always sure where to start. They may just know that something feels off or overwhelming. Together, we begin to make sense of those experiences in a way that feels more manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and person-centered. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the process, and I work to create a space where you feel understood and supported.

I also help clients explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and relationships, including how past experiences may still be shaping what’s happening now. While I draw from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy when helpful, I focus on working collaboratively and at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin to understand what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your current concerns, background, and what you’re hoping for, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

You can expect a supportive space where we move at a pace that feels comfortable. By the end of the session, we’ll have a better sense of what you’re looking for and how we might begin working together.
