Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with adults and families through a variety of challenges and stages of life. I specialize in supporting people experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My experience working with children and families has also given me a strong understanding of parenting and family dynamics, which often plays an important role in the work I do with adults. I’m passionate about helping people feel understood and supported as they work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and interactive. I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than follow a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify what you want to change, and develop practical strategies to help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected to yourself. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and also have the support and guidance to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, your background and history, and what you’d like to work toward, while also taking time to build rapport and get comfortable. I know starting therapy can feel uncomfortable when you’re meeting someone new, so I want you to pay attention to how it feels to be in the room with me and whether you can see yourself feeling comfortable enough to do the work you’re here to do. I believe finding the right fit matters, and I want you to feel that your time, goals, and needs are at the center of the process. And yes, there will probably be some laughter along the way, too.
