Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma therapist based in Johnson County, Kansas, with over 10 years of experience. I work with adults (18+) who are struggling with emotion regulation, relationship challenges, or self-image—often shaped by attachment, developmental, or generational trauma. I specialize in treating C-PTSD, focusing on the present and helping you heal relational wounds while building a healthier connection between your mind and body.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and direct. I draw from methods like NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These approaches are widely used and effective in treating complex trauma (C-PTSD), and I tailor them to fit your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

A strong, trusting relationship between you and your therapist is key to successful therapy. To better understand how you’ve been feeling and thinking, I may use brief, research-based questionnaires and assessment tools. These help guide diagnosis and treatment, while supporting a meaningful connection so we can work toward your goals.

I also focus on helping you clarify what you truly want for yourself—including symptom relief—by strengthening your sense of agency, connection, resilience, and self-expression.
