Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, or major life transitions leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure how to move forward. You may be struggling with difficult emotions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, or the pressure of balancing responsibilities while trying to care for your own well-being. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, women's issues, grief and loss, stress management concerns, depression, relationship difficulties, ADHD, PTSD, anger management challenges, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can process difficult experiences, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, identify your strengths, and create practical strategies that help you heal, grow, and build a more balanced and fulfilling life aligned with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients create meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique experiences and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, grief, stress management, women's issues, depression, relationship concerns, ADHD, PTSD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, anger management, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. My goal is to help you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create sustainable growth both emotionally and persona

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges while feeling supported every step of the way. Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to your life and develop practical tools that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, healthier emotional regulation, stronger self-esteem, improved relationships, greater resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your values, more capable of handling life's challenges, and more empowered to create the life you want.
