I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, women's issues, grief and loss, stress management concerns, depression, relationship difficulties, ADHD, PTSD, anger management challenges, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can process difficult experiences, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping.
