I graduated with my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Rochester, in 2012, and have subsequently served within multiple settings--providing youth, adults, couples and families with solution-focused, and person-centered strategies, designed to support their unique treatment goals.

My approach to therapy

Areas of interest include relationship challenges, trauma recovery, caregiver burden, and behavioral difficulties. My approach to treatment seeks to integrate evidenced-based practices, with a strength-based, and systemic approach, and based on the premise that treatment is an active and qual partnership.
