Great to meet you!

I have received a bachelors in Psychology from Rutgers University, Masters in Social work from Fordham University, & have completed practicum field work assignments in psychoanalytic therapy, mood disorder treatment , and trauma training. I maintain a transparent dialogue and encourage clients to communicate therapeutic needs. I have been able to help clients with relationship problems, anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, developing healthy coping strategies, & overcoming trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work using an eclectic approach that caters to each individual's unique personality & needs. One size does not fit all, & throughout our work together I emphasize a strengths based approach to support a client while maximizing their personal resilience. I believe a strong therapeutic alliance in a non -judgmental setting is crucial to positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

I prioritize providing a warm, confidential, and empathetic atmosphere to encourage my clients the utmost comfort when working towards personal goals and change. As a therapist I value the vulnerability of each client who choses to seek out the support of my practice and allows me the privilege to collaborate in their personal development and enhanced insight.
