Great to meet you!

I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, working in the field of mental health, substance abuse, and social services. I have much experience in a variety of settings with adolescents and adults providing individual, family, and couples therapy. I am also a Certified Anxiety Treatment Provider, a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I focus on the mind-body connection, and how your lifestyle, environment and habits impact your mental health. I have many years of experience in treating Grief/Loss, Depression, Anxiety/Panic, ADHD, Relationship issues, OCD and Trauma.

My approach to therapy

In my sessions I use a holistic approach, looking at all areas of living, with a focus on decreasing stress and improving one's resiliency and mood, drawing on solution-focused and evidence-based approaches. You will find it easy to engage in the interactive, individualized and warm approach you will encounter during our time together.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions we will work together to identify, achieve and maintain your personal and professional dreams and goals, increasing your level of motivation, self-esteem and direction in your life. I find that instilling hope in a healthier and happier life, and assisting my client’s in developing self-empowerment tools and a heightened sense of self-awareness is the path to mental clarity and emotional well-being.
