Great to meet you!

Maybe your mind is constantly racing, you struggle to stay focused or organized, or you spend so much time caring for everyone else that you've lost touch with what you need. Perhaps something painful from your past still affects how you trust, communicate, or react in relationships, even when you wish it didn't. You may also be carrying the pressure of family or cultural expectations while trying to figure out who you are and what you actually want for yourself. I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges who are tired of feeling overwhelmed or stuck in the same patterns. My goal is to help you understand yourself with more compassion, regain a sense of control, and build a life that feels like your own.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy should only focus on what's wrong with you because there is much more to your story than what you're struggling with today. Together, we'll understand the thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and family patterns that may be influencing how you see yourself and relate to others. That might mean learning how to manage an ADHD brain without constantly feeling behind, setting boundaries without guilt, quieting anxious thoughts, or understanding why certain situations trigger such a strong emotional reaction. When trauma is part of your story, we'll work through it at a pace that feels safe rather than forcing you to revisit experiences before you're ready. We'll build on the strengths you already have while developing practical ways to create meaningful changes in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to come to your first session knowing exactly what's wrong or how to explain everything you've been feeling. We'll start with what's happening in your life right now, what has been weighing on you, and what you wish could be different. I'll also take time to understand your relationships, family, culture, past experiences, and the parts of your identity that are important to you rather than looking at your struggles in isolation. You decide how much you're comfortable sharing, and there's no expectation to unpack your entire life in one conversation. My goal is for you to leave feeling genuinely understood and with a clearer sense of how we can begin moving toward the life and relationships you want.
