Great to meet you!

If you are seeking a space that is present, open, and grounded — somewhere to explore your life, relationships, challenges, or losses — we can create that together. For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate their inner worlds. I remain deeply aware of the honor it is to listen, support, learn, and help chart a path forward.

My work is informed by extensive training at the Jungian Institute of Chicago and in mindfulness-based attachment repair. Whatever you are moving through, we will approach it together as it transforms, evolves, and reveals what is next for you. Our journeys naturally hold both light and darkness; therapy offers a safe and compassionate space to bring what is painful, confusing, or uncertain into awareness. In that space, healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of wholeness can emerge.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on what you are seeking — and allowing the energy in that to steer our work. I don't arrive with a predetermined agenda. Instead, I follow your lead, trusting that you already carry within you a sense of what needs attention, even when it feels hard to name.

My training at the Jungian Institute of Chicago shapes much of how I work. This depth psychology approach explores the unconscious — the parts of ourselves beneath the surface that quietly shape our thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I also draw from mindfulness-based attachment repair, which combines present-moment awareness with an understanding of how our earliest relationships continue to influence the way we connect with others and ourselves. Together, these approaches allow us to move at a pace that feels right for you — with curiosity, not urgency.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting will be warm and unhurried. I will be listening — not just to the facts of what brings you here, but to what you are hoping for, what feels stuck, and what part of you is reaching toward something different.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before we begin. By the end of our first session, we will have a clearer sense of direction and whether this feels like the right fit. Above all, you will leave knowing this is a space where you are welcome exactly as you are.
