Great to meet you!

I've spent my career as a psychiatric provider, working with people through all kinds of struggles, from anxiety and depression to the lasting effects of trauma and PTSD. After years in practice, I know that healing looks different for everyone, so I ask a lot of questions and listen closely before deciding on a plan together. I believe care works best when we figure it out as partners, so I stay open to adjusting your treatment as your life changes. My goal is simple, to help you feel steady, understood, and supported as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct and curious. I ask clear questions to understand what is really going on, then we build a plan together for anxiety, depression, or PTSD. I stay open minded, since what works for one person will not work for another, and I adjust as we go.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, expect a straightforward conversation. I will ask detailed questions about your history, your current struggles, and what brought you in now, whether that is anxiety, depression, or PTSD. We will leave with a clear next step for your care.
