My approach is a more personalized approach. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. Instead, I adapt my methods to meet you where you are, drawing from different techniques and insights to support your growth in a way that feels authentic to you.
During our first few sessions, you can expect me to do a lot of listening as we explore what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. From there, we'll collaborate to create goals that are meaningful and realistic for your life.
