Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by old patterns isn't a sign that something is fundamentally wrong with you—it’s often a sign of what you’ve had to carry. Taking the step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m Kathy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to creating a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you can feel genuinely understood and supported.

Over the past six years supporting clients across Pennsylvania, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life navigating trauma, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and complex grief. My background also includes extensive experience supporting adults with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), individuals with intellectual disabilities, and families working through behavioral health challenges.

Together, we’ll build a plan that feels authentic to who you are and where you want to go. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we will work as a team to understand how your past experiences are shaping your "now," drawing on evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to develop practical coping strategies and foster self-compassion.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Walden University and completed my undergraduate degrees in Rehabilitation & Human Services and Human Development & Family Studies at Penn State. I believe deeply in your capacity to heal and grow, and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered.

What you can expect from me
