As a long time parent & person in business I know what it is to not have helpful answers AND to find those! So I help: 1-adults get tools for healing trauma, relationship & life challenges; 2-parents & leaders find harmony & peace by healing the split between their work life & their home relationships; *and 3-parents to raise courageous and resilient kids while replacing guilt & worry with confidence they have the tools they need to grow secure & close relationships with their family & children.

I'm a mama & entrepreneur passionate about building strong relationships.

Birth, attachment & healing trauma, blocks for parents, other adults/leadership, EMDR & IFS are areas of expertise.

I have a masters degree in marriage & family counseling, including working in organizations. My most important learning comes from many years as a parent & person improving her own relationships & as an entrepreneur studying what creates great leaders, in our own lives, in leading a family, a team or business.

You can expect a warm environment and supportive collaborator in me, to coach and support you in creating clear goals, measuring and celebrating your progress along the way and getting and practicing the tools you need to reach those goals. We'll work to identify and clear blocks that may be holding you back. Most importantly, your relationships will get better & feel better and your confidence will go up, knowing you have what you need to love authentically & to achieve your goals.
