Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins with a genuine connection. As a therapist, I'm committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I have experience working in mental health settings, academia, faith-based ministries, and non-profit organizations, all interwoven with a break for 15+ years of full time parenting. My experience includes working with anxiety, life transitions, cancer, ADHD, and issues related to the BIPOC community.

My approach to therapy

My approach is authentic and empathetic, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, major life transitions, relationship issues, or cancer. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

What you can expect from me

My faith is the lens through which I see people, each unique in their God-given abilities, worthy of love and respect. You can expect an environment of warmth, acceptance, and non-judgment as well as a collaborative approach to your treatment goals.
