Great to meet you!

Therapy works best when you have clear direction, evidence-based tools, and a dedicated partner in your growth. I hold a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling & Addictions Treatment from Monmouth University and specialize in treating trauma, substance abuse, alcohol abuse and healing family relationships .

My approach to therapy

Drawing primarily from Adlerian theory, based in the believe people are primarily motivated by social connection, a desire to belong, and the drive to overcome feelings of inadequacy. I help clients understand why they act the way they do and uncovering the hidden goals behind their behaviors. Whether you are addressing a specific crisis or working toward broader personal development, my goal is to encouraging you to adopt healthier strategies, reframe old patterns, and take action toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a collaborative, conversational space where we begin understanding your unique story. Rather than viewing your challenges in isolation, we will explore your life holistically—looking at your relationships, daily environment, and the personal goals that drive you.
