Great to meet you!

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for help can be one of the most important steps toward feeling better. You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 27 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate emotional challenges and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I work closely with my clients to better understand their experiences and develop practical strategies that promote emotional well-being and personal growth.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and stress related to life changes.

I provide services in English and Spanish, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful progress. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

In our work together, we will explore patterns that may be affecting your well-being and develop practical strategies that can help you navigate challenges more effectively. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, helping clients build insight, emotional resilience, and healthier coping skills.

My goal is to support clients in gaining clarity, strengthening their inner resources, and moving toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to express yourself openly. Together, we will begin to understand your concerns and identify goals that can guide our work together.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if you feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. Building trust and feeling understood are important first steps toward meaningful change.
