Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) dedicated to supporting you through life’s toughest transitions. I am currently accepting new patients for virtual sessions. Since beginning my practice in 2022, I have worked extensively in community mental health, gaining experience with a diverse range of clients—from adolescents finding their footing to couples strengthening their bonds and elders navigating new life chapters. My background in various therapeutic modalities allows me to tailor my approach to your unique needs. I specialize in helping individuals navigate Addiction & Recovery, Trauma & PTSD, Depression and Adjustment Issues. Whether you are facing a major life change or working through long-standing challenges, I provide a safe, virtual space to help you heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert on your own life. My approach is person-centered, meaning I meet you exactly where you are with empathy and without judgment. Because every person’s story is different, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns and trauma-informed care to provide a sense of safety and stabilization. Whether we are working through addiction, trauma, or the stresses of a major life transition, my goal is to work collaboratively to build a treatment plan that focuses on your unique strengths and helps you regain a sense of balance and hope.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a courageous step, and our first session is designed to be a soft landing. My priority is to create a digital environment that feels private and rooted in empathy and authenticity. You can expect a non-judgmental atmosphere where you are encouraged to show up exactly as you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just ready for change. I bring a calm, steady presence to our screen, ensuring that even from a distance, you feel seen and heard. By the end of our first hour, my goal is for you to feel a sense of relief and a clear understanding of how we will work together toward your healing.
