Great to meet you!

I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in treating OCD and working with neurodivergent and autistic clients. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, overwhelm, OCD, phobias, and ADHD. My counseling style is empathetic and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and sensitivity toward their experience.

My approach to therapy

I bring a client-centered approach, working with the individual as a collaborative participant with full autonomy. In essence, the client directs the therapeutic journey. I encourage individuals to enhance their abilities through self-advocacy, boundary setting, and problem solving skills. I utilize CBT, ERP, mindfulness and holistic approaches.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling heard, validated, and understood.
