Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years of experience, providing mental health services. I hold a Master of Social Work Degree with a concentration on Family Health.

I believe we are all on a continuous journey to become our best selves, and we deserve to enjoy that ride. Throughout my career in community mental health, I have worked with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, dissociation, burnout, relationship issues, trauma, and sexual health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

I utilize a person-centered therapeutic approach that incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Polyvagal Theory, among others. My clients often appreciate my honest and straightforward style, which fosters a sense of being heard and helps build trust.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC communities, and embracing neurodiverse perspectives. My practice is founded on principles of social justice, love, and equitable rights for all.

If you're ready to embark on a journey toward healing, balance, confidence, and clarity, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and work toward your personal goals.
