Hello. I'm Katie, an AuDHD therapist. I have about 11 years of experience in the mental health field, I have been fully licensed as an LMHC since 2016.

I tend to gravitate towards clients with anxiety, mood disorders, neurodivergence (especially Autism/ADHD), or some combination of these above characteristics.

I love working with children (7+), teens, and adults.

My approach to therapy

I love utilizing a mixture of CBT and DBT approaches with clients and consider myself to be neurodiversity affirmative.
