Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Georgia and over 9 years of experience supporting teens, young adults, and families. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, self-esteem struggles, and the uncertainty that comes with life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy, but I keep our work grounded in real-world strategies that actually fit your life. Sometimes that means breaking big challenges into smaller, doable steps; other times it’s about exploring new ways to see yourself and your future. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a safe space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and even laugh along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use right away. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where we explore your challenges, highlight your strengths, and work toward changes that feel realistic and meaningful. My goal is for you to walk away with greater clarity, confidence, and hope — and maybe even a fresh perspective on yourself and your future.
