Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist specializing in trauma work, using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals heal and regain control of their lives. With extensive training and experience, I’m committed to guiding clients through processing traumatic memories, building emotional resilience, and supporting lasting recovery. My approach is rooted in empathy and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for healing, empowering clients to move beyond their trauma.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients using eye movement reprocessing and desensitization (EMDR) as my primary modality. I am trained in perinatal mental health, play therapy, as well as TF-cbt, cognitive processing therapy, and interpersonal therapy (IPT).
