Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and substance use counselor with specialized training in perinatal mental health. I work with individuals navigating the emotional complexities that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and other major life transitions. Outside of session, you can usually find me reading, spending time with my family, or playing with my tripod dog!

My approach to therapy

I support clients through challenging transitions with both compassion and clinical expertise. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded creating space for you to process what you're going through while feeling deeply seen and understood.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll focus on what brings you in and what you're hoping for. I'll ask some questions to better understand your story, and we'll talk through what therapy might look like moving forward. There's no pressure to have it all figured out- it's really about starting at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
