Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist who works with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the general chaos that can come with being a human, especially during big seasons of change like parenthood, relationship shifts, graduations, or just feeling like you're not quite where you thought you'd be.

I'm warm, honest, and very much a real person in the room with you. Therapy with me is supportive, but also practical and grounded in real life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and person-centered therapy, but what matters most to me is finding what actually works for you!

I'm engaged, I ask questions, and I'll gently challenge you when it's helpful. We'll focus on understanding patterns in your life and developing tools you can realistically use.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is very low pressure. It’s an opportunity for us to see how we connect, get a sense of what you need, and decide where to go from here together. I’ll ask some questions, answer any you have, and you may even meet a cat or dog as they wander in and out of my office space.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to come in with a perfect explanation. We’ll figure it out together!
