Great to meet you!

For 18 years I have worked alongside adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the transitions that turn life upside down. I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are. In our sessions, we build on your strengths, move at a pace that feels right for you, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work collaboratively with individuals to navigate life's challenges, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I offer therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional or behavioral difficulties. My approach is personalized to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I will take the time to actively listen to your thoughts, concerns, experiences, and goals in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy, identify what is most important to you, and develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and goals. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and comfortable as we begin working together. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while creating a plan to help you achieve meaningful, lasting change.
