Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing, and I am here to support you in finding the tools and insights that work best for your journey. I aim to empower you with understanding and confidence as we work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, drawing on spiritual-based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. I am also trained in Written Exposure Therapy, which can be helpful for processing trauma. Mindfulness is a key component of my work, helping clients stay grounded and develop greater self-awareness. I aim to create a tailored experience that supports you on your journey toward mental and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain practical tools for managing life's challenges, whether through mindfulness practices, cognitive strategies, or deeper emotional exploration. Together, we will work on building self-awareness, developing coping skills, and fostering personal growth. My goal is to help you feel more empowered and resilient, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and offering insights that can lead to lasting positive change in your life.
