Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to heal and grow. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, grief, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.

I believe every person’s story is unique, so I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and other integrative modalities. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply looking to better understand yourself, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in creating positive change. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs, strengths, and experiences.

I integrate multiple therapeutic modalities based on what works best for each individual, including EMDR for trauma and distressing life experiences, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and attachment-focused techniques.

My focus is not only on reducing symptoms but also on helping you build lasting skills, increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, I strive to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and the goals you’d like to achieve. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and determine whether we’re a good fit.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and strengths. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, you’ll leave the session with a better understanding of the therapy process and the next steps toward achieving your goals.
