Great to meet you!

I have a variety of training and background experience in working with children and adolescents. In the past 3 years I've continued to increase my knowledge and training in working with adults of all ages and have found so much joy in seeing adults grow, heal and learn how to feel empowered in their day to day lives.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach to therapy is utilizing Person-Centered Therapy, which includes a warm, calm and understanding approach with unconditional positive regard for all topics discussed in therapy. The clinical approach I take with children is child-centered play therapy, some art therapy techniques and digital play therapy to enhance the growth to be made in therapy spaces.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, Clients can expect a warm and inviting environment that will allow them to feel comfortable and for us to begin discussing what brought them to therapy and an in-depth intake assessment to gather a well rounded view of the Client.
