Great to meet you!
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or low-key exhausted from carrying everything on your own? Maybe anxiety, shame, self-doubt, relationship stress, or a major life transition has been weighing heavy. You want a space where you can actually feel seen, safe, and understood—without judgment—and start breaking free from the patterns that keep holding you back.
I work with individuals ages 12 and up, helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, shame, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-worth struggles. I’ve been working with children, teens, and adults for over 10 years, and I understand both the challenges of growing up and the realities of raising a child. I’m passionate about helping parents feel heard while building stronger connections with their kids through supportive and practical parenting skills. At the same time, I support teens in learning how to communicate, manage emotions, and navigate the pressures and expectations that come with being young today.
The most important therapeutic approach is building a genuine connection and truly understanding each client’s story. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, and Adlerian parenting skills, but ultimately the most important part of therapy is making sure you feel heard, supported, and understood. I listen, I remember your story, and I work with you to create an approach that fits your needs and goals.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Therapy is a space to be real, feel supported, and start creating meaningful change at your own pace. Together, we can work toward healing, deeper connection, and feeling more like yourself again.
