My approach to therapy

Katie provides individual, marital, and family therapy and treats a variety of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. Her approach is rooted in Thomistic psychology and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Her goal in counseling to help walk beside clients as they grow in their faith and wellbeing by being a guide in the midst of life's storms.
