Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with over 16 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. I have specialized in bullying and self-esteem with adolescents. I am a graduate from Purdue University with a double major in psychology and law and society. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Aurora University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families, being mindful of change occurring within the individual and family dynamic.

My approach to therapy

I collaborate with schools, families, doctors, and other sources to assist in advocating for my clients. My level of expertise includes individual, group, and family therapy. I implement mindfulness, assertiveness training, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other methods to address substance dependence/abuse, anxiety, trauma, depression, and other emotional and behavioral problem areas.
