Great to meet you!

I’m a grounded, relational therapist who brings warmth, structure, and real-world experience into the room. I’m passionate about supporting people as they navigate complex emotional experiences with clarity and compassion. I really value honoring each person’s story so clients feel both understood and empowered. I also enjoy working with athletes and high achievers, helping them manage pressure, identity, and performance while staying connected to themselves outside of success. Overall, my style is collaborative and down-to-earth—I aim to create a space where people can process, grow, and feel genuinely supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in real-life application. I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe in meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to fit your goals, whether that’s processing something deeper or building tools to navigate day-to-day stress. I also like to balance insight with action—helping you better understand yourself while making meaningful, practical changes. Overall, I aim to be down-to-earth, supportive, and honest in a way that helps you feel both understood and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a relaxed, welcoming first session where we focus on getting to know each other and what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we go at your pace. We’ll also talk about what’s worked (or hasn’t) for you in the past and start to get a sense of your goals. I want you to leave that first session feeling heard, comfortable, and with a clearer idea of how we can work together moving forward.
