Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults, both in non-profit agencies and in my private practice.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is authentic, warm, supportive and interactive and my focus is to collaborate with my clients to create realistic goals and meaningful change. I am unique in that I balance listening and reflecting with offering concrete tools and coping strategies. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will do brief introductions, go over any goals you have for therapy and talk about your past experiences in therapy. It's a time for you to ask me any questions and I can explain more about my approach. My goal is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for you from the beginning.
