Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! Taking this first step toward caring for your mental and emotional well-being is a powerful act of self-care. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, I believe that prioritizing your mental health is essential to overall wellness. I'm here to walk alongside you on your healing journey and to help you move toward becoming the healthiest, most empowered version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered philosophy, where you'll be met with warmth, empathy, and respect. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful progress, and I prioritize building a safe, trusting space where you feel heard and supported. Depending on your needs, I incorporate a blend of evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Positive Psychology. I also draw from Self-Efficacy Theory to help you build confidence and a growth-oriented mindset. Together, we’ll explore your goals, work through challenges, and build on your strengths to support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where we’ll begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and discuss any immediate concerns you’d like to address. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background, strengths, and the challenges you’re currently facing.

The progress you make in therapy depends on what you want to focus on and where you want to go in your journey. My role is to walk alongside you as a collaborative partner, offering support, tools, and insight as we work together on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and achieving the goals you set for yourself. I have deep respect for your decision to reach outside yourself for support, and I consider it a privilege to be part of your process, wherever it may lead. You don’t have to do it all alone.
