Great to meet you!

My specialty is being able to work with a variety of individuals. Assisting them in accessing the resources/tools that are available to them and implementing them in a manner that is meaningful in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

I work from a client centered/strength based orientation, which allows me to personalize the treatment to suit each individual; implementing and utilizing approaches that are best suited for and tailored to meet their needs rather than a specific therapeutic modality. I utilize clients skill sets to overcome life challenges and improve their quality of life or achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

Having a space to express yourself or explore your concerns/worries/troubles is something we should all have. I honor the therapeutic relationship and believe that it is the foundation to helping clients.

As a client you can expect to feel heard and supported in developing skills or reframing your current ones, to support you in achieving your goals.
