Great to meet you!

Thanks for wanting to get to know me! Let's see why I'm the right fit for you. I have been in the field for the last 20 years! My primary focus is working with individuals and their support systems in building stronger trust and safety in their relationships.

My approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in trauma-informed (focused and responsive) therapy from a whole-person approach. I see us as partners in your healing journey, working together to find what works best for you. It means you are the expert in your life's story. I am your partner on this path to healing, and I want to earn your trust so I can help. To understand your experience, I want to get to know you and your life. Together, we will identify the obstacles, understand them, and find solutions that lead you to a healthier path.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on gathering information about you and deciding if I am the right fit for you. Trust is essential to this work. If we do not connect, you may never trust me to help you.
