Great to meet you!

I’m a Christian counselor who believes you don’t have to walk through life’s hardest seasons alone. I work with women who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what comes next. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin moving toward greater clarity and healing.

As a counselor and a woman who understands the many demands women carry, I approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and practical support. I believe counseling should meet you where you are while also helping you understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and develop tools for navigating life with greater confidence.

My approach is collaborative and individualized. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful change. I incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches while recognizing the importance of your values, beliefs, relationships, and personal story.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, or simply feeling like you’ve lost your sense of direction, you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to come alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based tools to help you better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change.

I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling like you have to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to what you’re facing and identify practical steps forward.

I believe therapy should be personalized to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from different therapeutic approaches based on your individual needs and goals, while focusing on building self-awareness, developing healthy coping skills, strengthening relationships, and creating lasting change.

For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable incorporating Christian faith and biblical principles into counseling. I believe faith can be an important source of hope, identity, and healing, and I will always respect and follow your preferences regarding the role faith plays in therapy.

My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling understood, equipped, and more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to gain from counseling, and what you would like support with.

I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, relationships, history, and any factors that may be impacting your well-being. We’ll also talk about your goals for therapy and begin identifying areas we may want to explore together.

Most importantly, there is no expectation that you have everything figured out before you begin. You don’t need to know exactly what you need or even where to start; that’s something we can figure out together.

My goal for our first session is for you to feel heard, understood, and comfortable enough to begin the therapeutic process. We’ll work together to determine what approach and pace will be the best fit for you moving forward.
