My approach to therapy

I utilize person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to meet you where you are and to help you get where you want to be. I currently offering individual counseling. I will offer group counseling in the near future.

My goal, as a clinician, is to empower self-awareness and self-acceptance so that my clients can create and sustain a life of balance and happiness.
