Great to meet you!

My approach blends my education, clinical background, with warmth and genuine friendliness as I believe a strong supportive relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth.

I have worked in higher levels of care, PRTF, PHP and IOP, and I consider myself an appropriate fit for those stepping down from intensive outpatient programs and wanting to continue care and maintain progress & skills use.

We might work together on a range of concerns, like managing intense emotions, navigating family or relationship challenges, processing grief, understanding trauma, improving communication, or cultivating self-acceptance.

I am a strong advocate for human rights, autonomy and equity.

My approach to therapy

The majority of my experience and training comes from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) DBT. I conceptualize cases and utilize pieces from other modalities such as, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Somatic Therapy and Polyvagal Theory.

What you can expect from me

I approach my clients with genuine warmth, validation and patience, and strive to create a space that is non-judgmental, attentive and maybe even fun!
